Welcome to ConsultWala (referred to as “we”, “us”, “our”, or “the Platform”), a digital platform that connects users with listed consultants and professionals across various service categories. By accessing or using our website (www.consultwala.com) or any of its associated services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you must refrain from using our services.
- Platform Nature and Disclaimer
1.1 ConsultWala is a listing platform only. We provide a digital space where consultants/professionals can list their services and where users can search for and contact them.
1.2 We do not provide consulting services ourselves. Any professional service is offered solely by the listed consultants.
1.3 All engagements, communications, transactions, or agreements made between users and consultants are independent of ConsultWala. We are not a party to any agreement between a consultant and a client. - Verification and Responsibility Disclaimer
2.1 We perform a basic verification of consultants using government-issued ID cards, degrees, or certificates provided by them.
2.2 We do not guarantee the authenticity or accuracy of any document submitted by a consultant. If a consultant provides a fake ID, fake degree, or misrepresents their skills, we are not liable.
2.3 We do not conduct background checks or guarantee the experience, knowledge, or competence of any listed consultant.
2.4 We do not assume any responsibility if a consultant fails to perform a task, delivers substandard work, or lacks the skill for the category in which they are listed. - Gender-Inclusive Language
3.1 The use of “he/she” in this document refers to all individuals, regardless of gender identity. We respect and recognize all gender identities. - No Liability for Consultant Misconduct or Fraud
4.1 We are not responsible for any fraud, cheating, misconduct, unethical behavior, or criminal actions committed by any consultant listed on the platform.
4.2 If a consultant fails to complete the work, delays the service, or behaves unprofessionally, ConsultWala will not be held liable.
4.3 If a consultant charges more than agreed or refuses to refund payments, the dispute must be resolved directly between the user and the consultant. - No Liability for Client Actions
5.1 ConsultWala is not responsible if a client fails to pay a consultant before, during, or after the service is rendered.
5.2 We are not liable if a client misbehaves, threatens, harasses, or takes any legal or illegal action against a consultant.
5.3 We are not liable if a client misuses, misinterprets, or shares private information given by a consultant. - User Responsibilities
6.1 Users must exercise caution and conduct their own due diligence before hiring or engaging any listed consultant.
6.2 ConsultWala does not mediate disputes between clients and consultants.
6.3 Users must not misuse the platform for illegal activities, spamming, harassment, or impersonation. - Consultant Responsibilities
7.1 Consultants are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide in their profiles.
7.2 Consultants must not upload false qualifications, certificates, or claim expertise they do not possess.
7.3 Consultants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and ethically in all client interactions. - Payment and Transaction Disclaimer
8.1 ConsultWala is not a payment gateway and does not facilitate transactions between users and consultants unless explicitly mentioned.
8.2 The platform is not responsible for any payment issues, fraud, or loss during any financial transaction between clients and consultants.
8.3 We do not store any sensitive financial data such as debit/credit card information. - Content Ownership and Usage
9.1 All content, branding, and design on the platform are the intellectual property of ConsultWala.
9.2 Users and consultants may not copy, reuse, or distribute any content from the platform without prior written permission. - Termination and Account Suspension
10.1 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the account of any user or consultant who violates our terms, uploads false information, or engages in misconduct. - Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ConsultWala shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
• Use or inability to use the platform
• Engagement with any consultant
• Errors, frauds, or misrepresentations made by users or consultants
• Any personal, professional, financial, or reputational loss - Indemnity Clause
By using this platform, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless ConsultWala, its founders, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, legal actions, or liabilities arising from:
• Disputes with consultants or clients
• False information submitted by any party
• Any losses or harm resulting from platform use - Modifications and Updates
ConsultWala reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
- Governing Law & Jurisdiction
